Bio: Vintage Food. Real food. Made from scratch, made from simple ingredients, made from passed down recipes, from a simpler time.....Recipes that stood on their own for years, and then were replaced by ready-made food in our all too-quickly moving world. Helping bring back those tasty recipes, and make them easy to cook is what I aim to do. I have cooked gluten-free for 9 years now. I cook with the fewest ingredients possible, almost always organic and always, always healthy. I indulge in treats as much as possible, they soothe the soul. Vintage food, real food, is my passion.
